Iken is a fully integrated relational database application that fully implements the strategic and operational objectives of a wide range of sectors and provides solutions for different business functions. It includes management and maintenance of the following:

  • Time recording (Automatically captured where possible)
  • Diaries (Key dates, reminders)

The Iken system is fully integrated with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, and also offers other email system integration including Lotus Notes etc.
 
Iken includes a Rapid Workflow Development tool that is used to implement case-type specific information and processes. This includes powerful XML interfaces in line with modern inter-operability standards.
