Iken's services are directed towards the use of IT in general, and Iken in particular, as a part of the overall programme of continuous improvement within public sector organisations and private sector businesses. Iken recognises that IT is a part of an overall strategy and culture and adopts a holistic approach to its relationship with clients. Services therefore include:
At Management Level:
- Management consultancy and feasibility studies that provide cost-benefit analysis of modernisation (including IT). Such studies form the basis of a business case for change and a measure against which success can be assessed
- Change and project management services to assist with the process of change within an existing culture
- Quality accreditation consultancy services, directed at achieving a recognised quality standard. Iken provides Lexcel consultancy services for legal teams
- Business analysis and system design services
At Implementation Level:
- Data migration services
- Installation and technical services related to IT infrastructure. In larger organisations this results in close liaison between Iken personnel and the IT department
- Implementation of Iken and its smooth running at client sites
- Training on the use of Iken
- Use of the Iken Rapid Workflow Development tool to configure case-type specific workflows to client needs
- Bespoke report writing services
- Continuous support at technical, operational and business improvement planning level throughout the lifetime of use of Iken.
