Successful innovation is a spiralling process that involves culture and technology. When making change an organisation typically expends 2/3 of its effort on cultural change and 1/3 of its effort on technical change.
Furthermore, as users adapt to technical changes the culture moves on, people get used to the new possibilities, and they then demand more of the technology. Thus effective change is a process of continuous improvement that spirals between the cultural and the technical.
At Iken we understand this, and we have developed a unique implementation methodology that addresses cultural change as well as technical change. This is based on standard project management methods adapted specifically to an Iken implementation within the client's cultural context.
After contract signature, clients are allocated an Iken project manager who will coordinate all aspects of the project and work with your own project manager to prepare users for the changes ahead. Iken project managers have been selected for their team building expertise, communication and motivational skills as well as for their technical and organisational abilities.
The Iken project team will lead you smoothly through all stages of the implementation and beyond. Working under the coordination of the project manager they will pre-configure the Iken database to your exact requirements, migrate data, install on your network, empower users, deliver relevant management reports, train at all levels and provide post sales support.
