The Business Case

Many teams want to utilise IT to better effect and make change, but first need to make a business case to others in their organisation and seek budget. The change is only worth making if the benefits exceed the costs.

Iken management consultants can assist with presenting the business case. We offer high level feasibility studies to assist you to quantify and place tangible value upon qualitative benefits such as improved client care or reduced risk. Studies also measure the financial consequences of increased productivity.

Feasibility studies are offered by Iken on a 'no pre-conception and no obligation' basis. If, at the end of the day, the benefits do not exceed the costs then we would say so, and there would then be little point in proceeding with Iken, or with any other similar product at a similar price.

Should you decide to proceed to a purchase on the basis of the feasibility study we do not consider that you are obliged to select Iken. Whether you eventually select Iken will only be a consequence of your belief that it represents 'best value'.
